Angio360 named Milwaukee company to watch in 2016

In an article posted in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel online (December 23, 2015) by Matt Cordio of Startup Milwaukee, Angio360 was listed as one of six Milwaukee early stage companies to watch in 2016.

The five other companies listed in the article included Bright Cellars, GETTER, Rent College Pads, Tai Diagnostics (another MCW startup), and Wantable. We are very excited to be a part of this elite group of companies and look forward to working closely with the Milwaukee startup community in the coming years.

One of the things we love the most about being based in Milwaukee is the strong sense of comradery and enthusiasm we find in the startup world.  The desire to help each other succeed is on full display and there is no shortage of support, advice, and general willingness to help.  We can only hope this sentiment continues to grow and foster new ideas with the potential to change the world.

Congratulations to all and best of luck in 2016!

Commercial Evaluation License

Angio360 secures Commercial Evaluation License from the NIH

We are excited to announce that Angio360 successfully obtained a Commercial Evaluation License from the NIH of patents related to the detection of pathological angiogenesis and cancer.  We are very pleased that the NIH believes in our ability to bring a much needed cancer diagnostic test to the market.  Although this was a significant milestone for us, we are already looking forward to testing our proof of concept.  We have high hopes that these tests will not only solidify our path moving forward, but also provide important information regarding our product development.

Onward!

We also note that PICO got a shout out too!  PICO, which stands for Postdoc Industry Consultants, is a group of postdocs that consult for local biotech companies and is where most of the co-founders first got their feet wet in biotech business.

We are grateful for the press and hope there will be more to come!
