Stephanie Cossette Ph.D. has over 15 years of academic experience in vascular biology. Stephanie has gained extensive entrepreneurship experience through participation in the Junior Achievement Entrepreneurship program, both as a student and as a mentor, by bringing seven companies successfully from conception to start-up phase. A current participant in the Milwaukee based Commons program, which is a regional startup accelerator and entrepreneurial talent program, and a Postdoctoral Industry Consultant (PICO), Stephanie continues to build her business acumen by developing market analysis and business plan development projects for local biotechnology companies and serving on the PICO leadership team.

Adam Gastonguay Ph.D. has over 9 years of research experience spanning the areas of cancer biology, vascular biology, and drug discovery. Adam was an early member of the Postdoctoral Industry Consultants and served on the leadership team, while working on projects involving market analysis and SBIR grant development. Currently, Adam is a registered patent agent working in the thriving biotech hub of Boston, MA, and specializes in antibody-based therapeutics and diagnostics.
Aaron Kittell, Ph.D
Vice-President and CSO
Aaron Kittell Ph.D. is a trained biophysicist with nine years of research experience focused on instrument and method development in magnetic resonance technologies. He serves as the manager of PICO at the Medical College of Wisconsin and is responsible for managing and growing PICO’s portfolio and membership. Aaron is also the co-founder of the SE WI BIOnet, a group dedicated to improving the interconnectedness of the life science industry in the region through informal networking events. In less than year, the group has reached over 100 individuals from 40 different companies, and those numbers continue to rise. Aaron currently works as an Associate Project Manager at a local CRO.
Michael Harrison, M.D., Ph.D.

Michael Harrison M.D., Ph.D. is a physician-scientist with over 7 years of academic research experience in the fields of Physiology, Molecular Biology, and Genomics. He has experience in a variety of clinical environments working with physicians and healthcare professionals. He also has several years of experience in teaching and tutoring college-level science courses. Michael is currently a consultant with PICO working with local biotech companies on projects involving market analysis, commercialization, and SBIR/STTR grant development.
Alicia Castonguay Ph.D.

Alicia Castonguay Ph.D. has over 10 years of academic experience in clinical and basic science across multidisciplinary fields. Alicia has extensive experience in team management, clinical trial development and initiation, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs and currently serves as the manager of small startup device company called Galaxy Therapeutics, LLC.
Henry Bordas-Murphy B.S.

Henry Bordas-Murphy B.S. has over 8 years of experience in biotech startups from early stage discovery, launch, pre-clinical and clinical development. Currently Henry is the VP of R&D for CMXTwenty, a pharmaceutical company in Phase II human studies. Henry has extensive experience in GMP/GLP regulatory compliance, patents, product development, fund raising and risk analysis. In addition, Henry has been an adviser for local and international startups and contract research organizations (CROs) concerning marketability, operations, development, strategic positioning and financing.
